I often wake in the middle of the night with a gasp and sit bolt upright with the realisation that we only have this life, and even that is an unknown time period. It reminds me every time, to not waste a day.

La Cantine in Ponsonby is a very authentic French restaurant down at three lamps end of the famous local strip. One word:
yummy.
