On a rainy Sunday afternoon Dane and I ventured forth to the Northern Quarter, to try its new coffee recruit: the Syphon coffee house. They make coffee with, well, a Syphon! It tasted very muck akin to a really nice filter coffee. It’s a cute little place with old school chairs for, and different art showing. With only 5 or 6 Syphon’s on board rush hour might be a problem as the extraction takes a while. Nonetheless the cool interior, with fabulous music, and art set a great ambience, making me want to go back.

Ahh! I’ve only just noticed this. Beautiful photos too. Appologies again for being late (Can I blame the snow, was it snowing this day?). The focus on the actuall coffee was so refreshing and the staffs passion for it too, and the amount substantial! Great work Amy.
