The Whip and the Warehouse Project

Manchester is full of old red brick buildings.  Some hide amazing cafes, and restaurants, some are decaying showing impermanence at its best, and some provide entertainment.  Underneath Piccadilly train station there is an assemblence of red brick underground buildings built into the sloping land.  Last month a group of us ventured to catch The Whip live.  It was like walking into a secret that everyone else knew about and we were the last to find out.  The warehouse project as it is called (rather apt given it is just that, a Manchester red brick warehouse) is hosting heaps of gigs this winter.  The intro to there website is super cool.  Worth a look.
