Recently I read this remarkable book, Teaching an Anthill to Fetch
. It is a fantastic summary bringing together emotional intelligence, group theory, commonsense(!), and even Buddhism in the forum of collaborative intelligence. While it’s aimed at team the author clearly directs it at individuals. If you like Daniel Goleman’s EQ, or Social Intelligence books, then this is a must read.
